We live on the central coast of California and for us outdoor lounging is a nearly year round event. The best of our seasons however is Fall. We have an “Indian Summer” giving us some warm Summer nights well into October. Thats why when I was given the opportunity to work with Article to create an outdoor lounge this late into Summer I was all over it!
We wanted to create room for everyone, friends and family, to relax and not be fighting over the good seat. That’s why we picked two of the Urba sectionals. They are ridiculously comfortable and we have already put them to great use; they’re truly loungy, so comfortable and amazing.
We paired the sectionals with another article, the Cusco throw blanket. While these alpaca throw blankets aren’t outdoor specific they are so soft, warm and perfect for us to bring out cuddle beneath on the more brisk evenings we do often see here on the coast. We are obsessed with them. We worried they would get trashed by our kiddos but they are strong and holding up like a champ to all of the tugging, blanket forts and peek-a-boo.
The patio was made complete by our homemade wood planter wall that showcases some gorgeous flowers. Do yourself a solid and get a handy spouse lol… game changer. The sofa is styled by both outdoor pillows and indoor pillows, is floating atop the most stunning and durable outdoor rug from Modern Komfort with the centerpiece being our insanely cool Eclectic Goods coffee table.
We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our outdoor lounge and we could not have made it happen without Article. Once again their quality, customer service and comfort knocked it out of the park. I have never once been disappointed by a single article and I know I never will be; customer for life! Now excuse me while I go pour myself a drink and head on outside to relax under those twinkle lights.
